Solo show, involving dance, spoken word, and some karaoke style singing. The performance strongly integrates both sound and projected images.
Show Running Details:
Running time is 75 minutes, no interval
Venue access required 2 hours prior to show time
Half hour post show is required to rehang the screens
SOUND REQUIREMENTS - To be supplied by Venue:
High quality PA system with subbass
Sound desk, with at least 8 channels, parametric EQ on all channels
High quality speakers with 2 stereo sends and roof mounting brackets
1 x good quality CD Players NB - all recordings will be on CD-R
Handheld radio mic
Sound is also run directly from both DVD Players
LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS - To be supplied by Venue:
Hazer (used throughout performance)

SET REQUIREMENTS
- To be supplied by the Company:
5 x white fringing screens with 4m drop
- To be supplied by the Venue:
5 x kabuki bars, 3x3m wide, 1x4m, 1x2m, to be hung at 4m height (if
unavailable to discuss providing our own). These bars are best rigged
from horizontal pipe at 4200mm height, tied on with 10mm sash to allow
the kabuki bar to turn in the sash.
Black or dark wall (projection surface) as the back of the stage
Opening at the centre of back wall, preferable a double door
Ladder/Scaffolding/platform to the prompt side of the central “door”. To
climbed up by performer.
2 x sash lengths and at least 4 pulleys to run 2 basic props fly systems
Black plinth or box ideal dimensions 1.2m high, 800mm wide, 400mm
deep. Sits onstage, to hold LCD TV prop.
Foyer area to be setup with artist installation (Naomi Ota’s work)- optional
