今回は神奈川県・藤野にて、豊かな里山の自然に抱かれながらの、濃密な１泊２日の合宿ワークショップ。

そんな身体と表現を、一緒に探っていきます！

カラダをゆるめ、�

アタマをほぐし、�

ココロを解き放ち、

見えるものと見えないものに触れながら、�

まだ名前のない何かを、�小さなカタチとして立ち上げていきます。

I'm coming back to Japan this September!

This time I'll be in the beautiful country landscape of Fujino, Kanagawa, for an intensive two-day, one-night workshop retreat.

Early bird closes Wednesday, 15 July.

The theme is "Out of Order."(You know it!)

Not chaos for the sake of chaos.

But stepping beyond the predictable.

Leaving behind what is expected.

Finding the courage to express what is true.

We'll soften the body,

untangle the mind,

open the heart,

Touch the visible and the invisible,

and allow something not yet named

to take shape!
